Before the last part arrives one more job needed to be completed.
Sept 10 everything went sideways
Sept 13 all the damaged parts were removed and long 1/4" metal plate welded to the under side of the frame bar
Today the last of the welding was done; a large metal plate was welded onto the damaged area on both sides of both frames. This will give much needed stability to the part of the frame supporting the axles.
Since the slides need to be in and the electric disconnected, we decided that today would be a good day to get some chores done. We went to the laundry and the grocery, with a lunch stop in a nice local restaurant in between.
Only one thing left to do.
