Action Shots

Goodbye Ukiah, hello Clayton.  In our short 145-mile drive took south on US 101 to our kids' house for a short two day visit.  Because of the twisty roads and heavy traffic, that little jaunt took 5 hours.

When we arrived, son Matt was working, but we reacquainted ourselves with the family who was home:  granddog Tugg,

grandcat Oggy and granddaughter Mel, and daughter-in-law Beth, granddaughter Katie and grandson Jack (sorry, but those pictures turned out blurry).

We visited in the afternoon--Duane chatting with Beth and the girls while Jack and I walked to the local library.  After supper we all went to Mel's soccer practice.

While Mel scrimmaged with her team, Katie and Gramps tossed a football for a while, then Katie practiced her soccer moves.

Jack (red shirt) opted to swing the time away listening to his favorite group Froggy Fresh.

Beth applied a new coat of polish before she applied her attention to Mel's practice.

I, of course took action shots!

A whole day tomorrow with the family.

Louise and Duane
