On our last day at Flagg Ranch campground, we wanted to let the Eagle fly, but the prediction of afternoon thunderstorms left us with only a couple of hours for a ride.
We opted to ride into Yellowstone as far as Grant Village to get my national parks passport stamped. The ride, as usual was beautiful, with the Snake and Lewis Rivers for company.
When we arrived at Grant Village we had time for a restroom break, a couple of necessary phone calls while we had cell service, and a run down the road to the Visitor Center before dark clouds sent us flying home.
