Crab cleaning 101

Separate the legs from the body pieces.


To extract the meat, separate the body into sections and  crack the legs open.



The crab meat is ready to eat or freeze.  We ended up with about a cup of meat per crab.


Makes great creamy mac-n-cheese or dip.
