Until we removed our old water heater, Duane wasn't entirely sure that it was defective. After it was out, the puddle of water under it was proof enough.
The tank itself revealed two unmistakable leaks.
Some time and patience, installing the new one saved us about $400-$500 in labor fees.
While we were in the mood to replace things, we dumped our office chair. It looks comfortable enough, but leans to the left.
Close inspection revealed a crack in the metal frame.
We replaced it with a "gaming" chair. It's cushy and straight.
Moving day tomorrow.
