After long days of quilting, I took advantage of the first (partly) sunny day in almost two weeks by taking a walk. Clouds of cheerful yellow flowers were a welcome contrast to the days of cloudy skies,
and a bright red cardinal sang a beautiful melody.
We only get 1 more day before the rain returns.
Off to watch the twins tomorrow.
