Today was our last opportunity to visit with our long-time Ohio friends Gene and Barbara, who stopped in Texas to visit before driving on to their winter home in Arizona. (See Not Done Yet blog.) When we arrived in the afternoon, we discussed what to do.
Gene and Duane decided to walk to the activity center and play some pool.
Barbara and I played a game called Triominoes.
For dinner we treated ourselves to our favorite steakhouse--Texas Roadhouse. The rest of the evening we played a few games of cards before saying goodbye.
We were all glad to have this time to visit together, but tomorrow they have to travel on.
Now we're done visiting.
