Cold Rainy Sunday

What better way to keep the weather at bay than breakfast with the family!

After an hour of good food and good company we felt warm and sunny--at least until we hit the door.

Jeremy, Allie and Luke headed home while Duane and I went Christmas shopping.  Seven stores and four hours later

we were glad to warm up and dry off at Jeremy's house for a while.
The family had their tree up--one they cut from their property.  Jeremy is six' two".  The tree was impressive!

We visited over cookie decorating and snacking on homemade venison/wild hog sausage--and on cookies, of course.

Back home Duane went through the mail while I piled stuff on my table again.  Three boxes need to go out tomorrow!

Working tonight, resting tomorrow,

Duane and Louise
