Other than pool for Duane and pickleball for both of us, we had only one other activity planned for today here at Saddlebag Lake Resort outside Lake Wales, FL. That was the Chili Supper supplied by the Tennis/Pickleball Club. We weren't needed to help prepare, serve, or clean up, we just went to eat. There was a very good turnout with almost all of the 200 seats occupied and some carryout orders.
The Club is one of many that hold fundraisers to generate money for the Resort. The money is donated to help maintain the public places in the park.
