To stave off the chilly wet weather blues today, Gene and Barbara jumped into our truck with us for a day of shopping in Surprise (AZ). First stop was Sam’s Club. The guys bought mundane stuff. The girls bought new books for more rainy afternoons. Next was Kohls. No new sheets today. Ridenow was next, where we had fun looking at scooters, dirt bikes, motorcycles, Spyders , Slingshots, and off-road vehicles. I learned that the passenger seat on the 2017 Spyder is more comfortable than the 2016. Last stop was Cycle Gear where Duane didn’t find new motorcycle boots. In our driving around we encountered heavy rain, misty showers, and sunshine. On the way home we enjoyed this last view of the sun before it disappeared for the rest of the day.
There’s nothing like goofing off with friends on a rainy day!
