My latest project consists of reducing vintage clothing such as this McDonalds uniform tunic and a little girl's Girl Scout uniform
to 6 inch blocks. These clothes have personal meaning to the person who asked me to make them into something other than a wall hanging.
I decided to make a couch throw from small blocks which feature readily recognizable parts of the clothes. Duane spent the rainy day getting the truck tires rotated and rotors turned. For fun he pounded leather.
Tomorrow--12 more blocks and more leather designs.
