Done, Started

I finished the t-shirt quilt for our son Duane Jr. this morning, and decided to relax with a jigsaw puzzle this afternoon and evening.

Sewing the pinned-up border was like sewing a porcupine.  I got pricked every time it shifted.

It turned out pretty well, I thought.

The back is plain, but shows the quilting.

The jigsaw puzzle I started this afternoon is a first for me for two reasons:  my first 1500 piece puzzle, and the first time I found all of the border pieces when I sorted all of the pieces. This puzzle is proving to be very tricky.  The sorting and border assembly took me 5 hours!

Puzzling and leather stamping,

Louise and Duane
