With the temperature in the low 40's and another day of beautiful sunshine, the snow and ice are melting like crazy. There are puddles of ice water everywhere. The truck started right up and we were able to do our chores this morning. I'm cooking on the stove and in the oven again. Duane has taken his heater and moved back into his man cave (the garage). In fact, he spent several hours happily pounding leather.
His latest project is this small purse for me to use when we start riding the bike again.
There is only one thing that is not working right yet. The black water tank valve seems to be opening now, but nothing comes out. Duane thinks that maybe there's ice buildup around inside of the valve. If it doesn't thaw out tomorrow, he's going to borrow a heater and see if that works.
