Tyler (TX) State Park is full of American Beautyberries. As I was walking in and out of shadow, I noticed that their shades changed from dark pink,
through red
and blue purples.
Sometimes they looked like grapes
or raspberries
They look luscious and are edible, but actually have very little taste.
Nice and cool here now.
