Moving Again

When we first came here to the Tyler TX area the rainy weather seemed to have taken over every weekend.  Three weeks ago the rain moved to Wednesday and Thursday.  Now, this week, the rain has removed itself back to the weekend.  Hmmm.

Yesterday I was released by my doctor to resume all of my normal activities.  Today I moved back onto the pickleball court .  I managed to play well for several games by resting between them.

Today marked the midpoint of our last week in this area.  Next Monday we plan to move two hours northeast to Leonard, so that we will be in a convenient position to help our son Duane Jr. with his house.  He bought  a property with an old house and has been gutting it, adding an addition, and reshaping the inside.  When we arrive we hope we will be able to paint walls and do other finishing touches so that the family can move in by the end of the month.

After helping the kids move into their "new" house, we plan to start our summer travel by moving north toward Wisconsin, meandering along, taking time to ride the bike through each state we visit along the way.

Glad to be moving again,

Louise and Duane
