The good news is that Duane was able to find the roof leak. It is our old nemesis--the leak around the antenna--not a new leak. The bad news is that the roof was still wet and he was unable to correct the problem. The good news is that so far we haven't had any more Texas frog stranglers, and the ceiling is still dry in spite of heavy showers today.
Good news outweighs bad today. With nothing better to do we were able to finish the boxes we bought for our twin granddaughters to store the cowgirl outfits we assembles for their American Girl dolls (see Little Cowgirl blog). Duane put on the hardware and painted the names in black. I overrode the color decision with my own choices. We agreed to disagree. Otherwise we are pleased with the finished boxes.
