Day one of the new year was still chilly but brightly sunny all day. Day two of my mild cold found me lolling around on the couch instead of out playing pickleball with Duane in the cold morning. At noon we went next door for a traditional Ohio New Year’s Day dinner of pork and sauerkraut. Duane stayed all afternoon enjoying the Rose Bowl game with Ohio State playing well and eventually winning. I don’t like football, but managed to be sociable until halftime before I came home for a nap.
I know. I’m a weirdo.
