After three months of no social life we have taken off our masks for an evening with friends. We know Andy and his wife Renee through pickleball and through Tyler State Park. They are also avid cyclists and ride their bicycles on the trails. We all work together to keep the trails free of overhanging vegetation.
Last night Andy volunteered to grill some steaks for dinner. We said "Ouch! Quit twisting our arms!"
The steaks were delicious and done to perfection. Renee complemented them with creamy cole slaw and a dish of cauliflower rice, mushrooms and spinach. Yum!
Thanks Andy and Renee for easing us back into "real life". We enjoyed our first evening out in ages!
