Some time ago we started working on collecting American Girl cowgirl outfits for our twin granddaughters' upcoming birthday. We bought boots, hats, and outfits comprised of a long sleeved blouse, a blue jean skirt, and a belt. We made jeans and chaps. We also bought straw hats which proved to be too small. I took them apart and remade them to fit.
Here are the completed outfits.

We bought unfinished wood boxes to store the clothes, and are in the process of painting them.
We think the girls are going to be pleased.
