We are back at Lake Conroe Thousand Trails park for a week. We have no particular plans for the week other than to find people to play pickleball. Of all the TT parks, this one seems to have a lot of money to spend on improvements. In addition to this large activity center where one of the two laundries is located, a roofed picnic/bbq area separates it from the adults only center next to that.
Inside the second building there is a nice workout room and a small family center for playing pool, working jigsaw puzzles, etc. The adults only room is there too with its own library, puzzles, and pool table.
This park is the one with the nice new pool and plenty of chairs, some with cabanas,
the new pickleball courts, tennis court,
nice dog park with exercise equipment, basketball courts, shuffleboard,
big playground,
and really nice 18 hole mini golf course.
In addition to the lake, there are two small fishing ponds.
There are several nice cabins for rent,
with space prepared for more in addition to new rv sites.
All but 10 of the sites are full hook-up. We’re parked in one of the 50 amp pull-thrus.
This evening we went to practice pickleball. A couple walked up and started asking questions about it. By the time we finished chatting, they were learning the game. We have plans to meet for another lesson tomorrow.
Nothing else planned yet.

Nice park. I just knew one day y'all would be pickle ball instructors!
