Last March when we visited son Duane Jr, daughter-in-law Brandey, and grandkids Emma, Ava, Alyssa, and Coy, they had just bought a "flip" house. They had stripped it down to the studs, then completed the electricity and roof. When we visited today we were treated to a different view.
