Yesterday on our ride through the beautiful southern Ohio autumn weather (see Playing blog), our biker buddies Brock and Leeola led the way on their Spyder.
We made two stops on our ride along the winding hilly roads.
One was for lunch at this little diner outside Logan.
We took a longer break at one of Ohio's most visited state parks, Hocking Hills State Park. The park boasts several hiking areas with a variety of trails and scenery. We perused some of the displays in the Visitors' Center,
then walked a short path to visit Old Man's Cave.
These three were actually enjoying the beautiful afternoon. They just like to try to aggravate me when I'm taking their picture.
This colorful maple tree was across from the Visitors Center.
From the State Park we enjoyed another hour of riding before we arrived home.
Rain and chores today, sun and winding roads tomorrow.
Louise and Duane
