Cold temperatures and wind kept Leola home today, but three of us were brave/stupid to layer up and hope the sun would keep us warm.
Duane took the lead today for our 120 mile ride, 1/2 of which rolled along US 555, aka the triple nickle.
After yesterday's gray rainy day nature seemed determined to display her finest as we swooped up and down hills and wove around curves past farmlands,
through forests,
and past crossroads, hamlets, villages and towns.
Tomorrow's another ride!
Louise and Duane
