Metamorphoses

We had a party!  

Duane's oldest brother Dennis and part of his family drove from Dayton to Cincinnati to visit.

For six hours Stacy and Ruth Ann's house was full of people, food, and lots of laughter.

The table went from snack mode to dinner, and later dessert settings.

The living room went from full of yakking and laughing

to normal.  After the family had gone back home, Stacy, Ruth Ann, Duane and I decided to brave the cold with a walk around the block.

The moon was hidden from the house,

but rewarded us with a beautiful view as we neared the end of our walk.

Back at the house we warmed up with a hot game or two of dominoes before declaring the party officially over.
