Wisconsin or Michigan? Hard to tell, since the scenery we drove through today looked pretty much the same on our 200 mile drive from Saxon Wisconsin to Munising, Michigan.
We are still following the Lake Superior shoreline, with today's route--MI 28/US 41 several miles inland until Marquette where we started closely following the lake shore again.
Our home for the next 5 days (couldn't get 7 without moving for 2 days) is the City of Munising Tourist Park Campground. The park is beautifully maintained with lots of grassy areas between sites.

We have views of the lake between campers and are only a few yards away from the lake. That's Grand Isle across the water.
The park has four buildings: the office, two shower/restroom buildings, and a building attached to the small picnic pavilion. There are 100 sites here, 78 e/w, 26 full hookup, (30 amp only) and two primitive camp areas with a fire ring and a picnic table.
The park is family friendly with play equipment and large grassy areas for games.
A lot of campers were out in shorts and tees and wading in the water (the average July surface temp is 77) , but we were comfortable in the chilly breeze with sweatshirts and jeans.
We are here primarily to to cruise Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and to view whatever waterfalls and lighthouses we can fit in.
We're cruising tomorrow.
