Wet Again

After a week and an half of dry weather, heavy thunderstorms soaked us again, with the worst downpours in the afternoon.

We decided to visit with the grandkids at the gym and arrived at the end of a new summer program for kids.

Coy

Ava and Alyssa were finishing their pushups.

Emma was working on sit-ups.

When everyone was done with floor exercises, they tried climbing the rope to touch the beam.
The girls (the twins are almost 10) climbed right up

even 5 year old Alyssa.

Coy (4) needed Momma's helping hand and almost made it.

After visiting with kids for a while we drove to the new house and helped (son) Jr. install canister lights.
Everyone from their church--King's Trail Cowboy Church in Whitewright was invited to visit and right their favorite scripture verses on the exposed boards.  One of the twins wrote "The load is my seperd."  Hmmm. Good thought.

Home to shut the blinds and ignore the rain.
