Cajun RV Park is a small bare bones park with no amenities, but the sites are vary spacious and the staff welcoming.
There is no sign. At the entrance, there is a functional office in the building on the left,
with showers, restrooms, and a small laundry in a building directly behind it.
The park consists of four long rows of pull-thrus, all with 50 amp full-hookups.
We are in the third row.
Across the drive from the first row are 4 covered picnic tables with grills.
Between the park and the road is a nice fishing lake
with resident populations of ducks and geese.
Around the perimeter of the lake is an asphalt path. On the other side of the fence is I 10.
This place is not a resort by any means, but it has easy access from the interstate, a few open slots for travelers, and is a fairly safe place to stay, all for only $20 a night.
No complaints here.
