Every Which Way

From Congress to Benson where we stopped overnight, our 270-mile moving day trip took us 

southeast on US 60,

southwest on AZ 303 around Surprise/Glendale

west on I 10

south on AZ 85

east on I 8 through the Sonoran Desert National Monument

then southeast on I 10

past Picacho Peak

and some desert cotton fields

around Tucson

and stopped at Benson.

Our roundabout route added about 40 miles to our trip, but we didn't have to drive through Phoenix!

Every which way but north!
