Welcome to the Thousand Trails Las Vegas RV Resort. We approached with the park on our left, but were able to make a u-turn and pull into the drive with no problem.
The property is built on an almost square or rectangular piece of land, but the entrance is in a corner. This makes the streets radiate out like spokes on a wheel.
View of the gate from the street, and
from inside the park.
All of the 150+ sites are back in. Some are too short for us, but there are plenty of longer ones.
View of our street one way
and the other. The sites are wide enough for slides and awnings, but not for our big hog of a truck. We were able to park it elsewhere in the park in the shade.
The entire park is surrounded by a 6’ high wall.
Tiny laundry—2w, 2d, but only a dollar/dollar and a quarter each and air conditioned.
(I can’t seem to shake that guy. He keeps turning up wherever we go!)
Two horseshoe pits.
Six cabins for rent.
The Welcome Center/store/adult activity center, and
the pool are closed for repairs. They were damaged in a recent storm.
The dog park was open.
This park is not a destination resort. What it has going for it is location, location, location. More about that later.

I am serious, Louise. I think it is time you told Duane about this guy. He scares me. He looks like dangerous!
