Had To Do It

June 2nd was the last time we visited son Duane Jr, daughter-in-law Brandey, and grandkids Emma, Ava (aka The Twins), Alyssa, Coy, and (foster) Will.  We decided that we would risk the virus exposure and collect some hugs.  We spent a pleasant afternoon eating lunch then playing around outside.

Alyssa and I spent some time playing with dominoes, then went to see what everyone else was doing.

We found Brandey watching

Gramps whip Jr, Emma, Ava (already out of the game), and Coy at Croquet.

Later we drove around the corner to a neighbors outdoor arena to watch the girls practice barrel racing patterns.  Both girls have recently acquired different horses, and both horses and girls are still getting acquainted.

While the adults watched the younger kids kept themselves occupied sculpting with mud.

Back at the house while the girls tended to their horses, the three younger kids enjoyed a push or two from Grandpa before we had to get our last hugs and head for home.

That was fun!
