Today while I was working on quilt squares, it suddenly dawned on me that we are almost at the end of October and I haven’t decorated our house for fall. I climbed the ladder for my decorations—window decals—and am ready to put them up tomorrow. Meantime I have finally gotten my square construction perfected and have picked up speed. Today I completed four squares. These squares complete 4 1/2 rows out of 9, which means that I’m 1/2 way done. More squares and ornaments tomorrow. Louise and Duane
