Duane and I went opposite directions today. He took the bike to Troy to play pickleball, then south toward Dayton to find his grandmother’s gravesite. We had looked for this earlier in August, but today he found it.
I took the truck north to Sidney to visit my long-time friend Bev. We met for a looong lunch and plenty of yak time. Yes, we did have a good time, as our faces show.
Tomorrow is moving day. We will be driving about 15 miles or so to the Miami County Fairgrounds in Troy to attend the Southern Ohio Forge and Anvil’s Annual gathering—the Quadstate Roundup.
