While we waited for the girls to finish their morning’s work, I took a walk around the neighborhood.
The village shows its English influence
along the main street.
behind the hotel I found a little shopping area where I found a shop promising the Coolest Toys On Earth.
Inside I found a nice mix of toys, games, and jokes. Where else could I find Deluxe version of an old classic?
When I returned, the girls took us around Cincinnati by way of Kentucky’s Devou Park. We drove across the I75 bridge, turned back along the river and up a hill to this vantage point. We could see 7 bridges across the Ohio between Ohio and Kentucky. 5 are for vehicles, one holds a railroad, and one is for pedestrians. Below we could see the curved roof of Bengals’ Stadium,
and the tall lights of the Reds’ ballpark between the tall building on the left and the bridge on the right.
Back across the bridge to Ohio we drove around Cincinnati to one of the girls’ favorite donut shops for a tasty selection, then walked next door for dinner. After we ate we walked around Washington Park, with its view of the Cincinnati Music Hall across the splash fountain,
and some of the old architecture,
and several shops and restaurants with many different ethnic backgrounds.
Travel day tomorrow.

What a cute little town.
We have never really walked around or even driven through Cinncy. No desire to that is for sure.
Safe travels tomorrow.
