Baby??Sitting????

We amused ourselves today with a swinging tour and other activities.  

These two bring back fond memories of my childhood.

En route to our next swing monkey boy had to jump from the log and grab this tree,

and climb this one.

Our last swing (just right of those two trees) took us down the hill,

across the wash,

and up the next hill.  (There was an easier, quicker route, but where's the fun in that?)

This was the most creative swing.   It involved swinging closely between two trees and straight toward another.  It also had a viewing platform and a seat for some quiet reading.

With no more swings to conquer we made use of the concrete parking pad.

Luke has a good eye for finding wildlife.

Inside we found more interesting stuff to do.

Game of life

Mom and dad finally decided to come home and joined in our trivia game.

Yesterday, when we moved stuff into our storage trailer, we found a chair we weren't using.  The kids used it last night and all day today to scoot themselves around the house.

Luke presented me with this wishing bouquet.  You make a wish and blow the seeds away to make the wish come true.

Our wishes came true when we got to spend so much fun time with these two grandkids.
