Fun Times

Another way we enjoyed the beautiful fall weather was by attending a program presented by Boyd Sanders, the Park Interpreter. This annual presentation usually attracts over 100 people, but last Saturday he had only two--us.

That was ok with us.   Boyd's program, called The Zombie Apocalypse because it was held on Halloween, was a fun game designed to encourage hikers to be more prepared on the trail.

Along the way I noticed this odd looking web.

It was made by a garden spider.

Thanks, Boyd, for  a great afternoon.
