Done!

To make my quilt squaresI started on October 17 with a pile of diamond shapes.  I added black to make the outer edges and

and ended up today with 54 completed squares.  The gray ones will go between the star squares.  Can’t show them yet!

Next step is to lay them out in the way they will be sewn, then start sewing the squares into rows, then the rows into the completed top.  Duane painted two ornaments today.  Can’t show them either, until the kids see them.
